Your responsibilities
- Monitor and closely follow up the requested production planning
- Train new employees
- Propose performance improvements and implement these in collaboration with the Team Lead/Operations Manager within your department
- Perform quality and performance checks
- Small administrative tasks (attendance, preparation of staff evaluations, etc.)
- Act as a point of contact for maintenance
- Manage the facilities of your line and team
Your Profile
- You preferably have a technical education or can demonstrate equivalent experience
- You already have initial experience in managing people, preferably within a production environment
- You have an excellent knowledge of Dutch and English. Knowledge of French is an asset
- You demonstrate a positive attitude and are willing to contribute to the further development of a healthy company
