As Technical Teamlead, you are the driving force behind our technical team in the maintenance department. You coordinate daily activities, divide the tasks and support your team with challenging technical problems. You ensure that maintenance runs smoothly, malfunctions are quickly resolved and safety is always paramount.
With your knowledge and experience, you help technicians grow, you supervise small improvement projects, and you are the point of contact for operational departments.

Your main tasks
- Managing and coaching our technical team
- Coordinating and prioritising maintenance work
- Supporting complex malfunctions and starting maintenance tasks
- Performing root cause analyses and implementing improvement measures
- Organising the workplace and monitoring safety
- Administrative follow-up and reporting of maintenance work
- Actively contributing to continuous improvement projects
- You are the liaison with the production supervisors
👀 Who are you?
- You have followed a technical education (mechanics, electromechanics, automation or similar)
- You have experience in a managerial role in a technical or production environment
- You have a strong knowledge of industrial production processes and automation systems
- You independently solve complex technical problems
- You have a good dose of organisational, communication and coaching skills
- You are fluent in Dutch and English
- You are flexible with continuous business processes
