In this role, you will be the technical point of contact within our organization. You will provide direct and indirect support to architects, contractors, and other stakeholders with your expertise on the processing and application of our facade bricks and clay pavers. You will ensure that our products and processes are consistently aligned with the latest developments in the construction sector.

Your role?

• Answering technical questions from architects, contractors, and customers about facade bricks, strips, and clay pavers.
• Advising on the processing and application of our products in facade construction, terraces, streets, and other paving projects.
• Providing technical support, as well as organizing and delivering technical training and presentations for internal stakeholders.
• Conducting technical investigations and providing solutions in response to any customer inquiries after using our products.
• Contributing to the development and optimization of construction techniques and materials.
• Keeping up with trends and innovations in the construction sector and translating them into practical applications.
• Applying the latest technical requirements and standards in both the Western European market and abroad.

Who are you?

• You are a civil engineer or hold a bachelor’s degree in construction.
• You have a solid knowledge of construction techniques and materials, preferably with a specific focus on facade bricks, strips, and clay pavers.
• Relevant work experience is a plus but not required.
• Knowledge of technical software programs (e.g., CAD) is an advantage.
• You possess analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and think proactively.
• You have strong communication skills and the ability to convey technical information clearly.
• You can express yourself fluently in Dutch and French (both written and spoken).
