JOB DESCRIPTION

• You actively participate and ensure that the required production schedule is strictly followed on your assigned line.
• You supply the material on the line and transport finished materials using a forklift.
• You train new employees and help execute training plans.
• You collaborate with the Supervisor to propose and implement efficiency improvements in the department.
• You perform quality checks, including proper stacking, labeling, processed quantities, etc., on the goods processed on your line.
• You handle small administrative tasks (attendance, performance, tracking attendance, preparing employee evaluations, etc.).
• You are the point of contact for maintenance and facility management for your line and team.
• You channel daily employee inquiries.
• You report directly to the Supervisor.

PROFILE

• You have experience as an operator.
• A first experience in leadership is a must.
• You have a technical background.
• You have excellent knowledge of Polish and English. Knowledge of Dutch and/or French is a plus.
• A forklift license is an asset.
• You are proficient with computers.
• Physical work is not an issue for you.
• You value structured work and have a sense of order and cleanliness.
• A positive attitude and willingness to contribute to the growth of a healthy company.
• You are willing to work in a flexible shift system (Monday to Friday).
• Ideally, you reside in the Oudenaarde area.
