🧱 What are you going to do?
As a Process Engineer, you are the Plant Manager’s right-hand and a key player in optimising our production processes. You analyse and improve production lines, supervise improvement and automation projects, and provide support in quickly resolving complex technical and operational challenges.
You translate data and production information into concrete improvement actions, implement new processes and technologies, and contribute to the training of supervisors, technicians and machine operators.
Your main tasks
- Daily support of operations and production processes
- Improving the efficiency, quality and performance of production processes
- Analysing and assisting with complex technical and operational problems
- Analysing production data (OEE, downtime, KPIs) and implementing follow-up actions
- Initiating and supervising Continuous Improvement projects
- Supporting the further digitalisation of the factory
- Implementing and following up on smaller investment projects
- Contributing to the implementation of new automation projects and processes
- Assisting in the preparation of work instructions, standardization and process documentation
- Testing, validating and following up on technical changes to production lines
- Organising and implementing technical training courses for supervisors, technicians and machine operators
👀 Who are you?
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in industrial sciences, electromechanics, automation or similar
- Experience in a production or process engineering environment is an advantage
- Knowledge of automation, CAD or production IT systems is an added value
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving skills
- Proactive, responsible and driven in improvement projects
- Good communication skills and skilled in providing training
- Good command of Dutch and English
- Flexible in terms of continuous business processes
